I-9 and E-Verify

I-9 is a very important form used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired in the United States. However, as necessary as the form is, it remains a huge HR headache. 

In recent months, the process of completing I-9 forms in HR departments has changed significantly. Furthermore, the E-Verify system has also been affected. However, one thing has stayed the same: Federal audits on I-9 forms are increasing dramatically as agents return to in-person inspections at work sites across the United States.
