By 2010, VertiSource HR® was experiencing explosive growth, boasting a remarkable 183% year-over-year increase in its client base.
In addition to its HR and Payroll services, VertiSource HR® ventured into the world of insurance with the establishment of IIG, LLC. IIG offers a comprehensive range of insurance services, encompassing health, dental, vision, and various ancillary products.
A standout feature of IIG is its specialized risk and claims management department, which was custom-tailored to oversee workers' compensation, providing clients with invaluable support and expertise.
Strengthening Our Foundation: Strategic Acquisition
Continuing our upward trajectory, VertiSource HR® maintained steady growth at a solid 57% year-over-year rate in 2014.
In a significant strategic move, VertiSource HR® expanded its footprint by acquiring the assets of PayPro. This acquisition welcomed an additional 120 clients, along with over 700 worksite employees, into the VertiSource HR® family.
